I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how I am doing post surgery and to thank you so much for your fine work.
I had nearly severed the tip of the middle finger on my left hand completely off in an accident involving a crane. I remember telling you just before I went into the OR that if you had any doubt that the tip of my finger could be saved to go ahead and amputate it. I am happy to tell you that my finger is nearly 100% today. Every time I work with my hands I think about how grateful I am that you made the decision to save my finger.
